Conference Refund Policy
If NCCA receives your written cancellation and refund request at [email protected]:
- By January 26, 2023, you will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation processing fee.
- On or after January 27, 2023, no refund will be given.
Spoken requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing.
Hotel
A specially negotiated group rate is offered to 2023 NCCA Annual Conference attendees at the Durham Marriott City Center for $179 USD per night. The housing reservation link will be made available after conference registration. There is a limited number of rooms available at this rate. Rooms must be reserved on or before January 6, 2023.
