General Information 

It is with great pleasure that we announce our 2027 North Carolina Counseling Association (NCCA) Annual Conference, will be held February 18 - February 20 at Hotel Ballast, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Wilmington, NC! Themed "Strengthening the Core to Scale the Future" this event is designed to provide a fantastic opportunity for professional development, networking with peers, and engaging in inspiring sessions tailored specifically for counseling professionals.

The 2027 Annual Conference is February 18-20 in Wilmington, NC.

 
Pre-conference sessions require a separate registration. 2-day conference registration includes all-day programming, networking breaks, lunch, and a networking reception.

Conference Refund Policy

More than 30 days before the conference: Cancellations receive a 75% refund.

A 25%administrative fee is retained.
• Within 30 days of the conference: No refunds are available.
• Registration closes February 13, 2027. On-site registration is not offered.
• Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual; contact the NCCA
office to arrange a transfer.
