Call for Presentations

NCCA is seeking presentations for the 2023 concurrent sessions. Topics should fit with the theme of this year’s conference. To submit a presentation, follow the button link below: you will need your member login credentials to access the form.  If you have lost your credentials, please follow the "Forgot password" and "Forgot username" links on the page.  Note: only NCCA members can submit presentations.

Call for Conference Planning Committee Volunteers

Our Conference Planning Coordinator, Mecca Moore, is seeking innovative, creative, and dedicated professionals to assist in making our conference experience one that is engaging, interactive, memorable, and fun. If you have been seeking an opportunity to get connected and involved, there is no better time than now!

Conference Planning Committee Volunteer Form

Volunteers Needed for the Following Committees:

  • Engagement & Social Events - Create opportunities for members to interact throughout the conference (i.e. evening social, division meet-ups, etc.)
  • Silent Auction - Organizing the auction and coordinating contact with charity. Monitoring purchases and tallying bids.
  • Tech Support - Lead efforts to ensure that audio and visual connection are secure for designated rooms for presentations.
  • Help Desk - Direct member, exhibitors, sponsors, and all guest to conference room breakout rooms; assist with directing attendees with parking; and answer miscellaneous conference questions.
  • Poster Presentation Panel Judge - Review assigned posters presented at conference by graduate students. Rate presentation using rate form and provide oral/written feedback to graduate student poster presenters.
